If someone can suggest the vendors available in Adelaide who can do the left over works post house build handover.
I am looking for someone who can do following and I prefer one stop shop or some vendor who does most of the following things
- Stormwater/ Rainwater/ Detention Tank
- Flooring ( Tiles/ Carpet/ timber laminate)
- Driveway ( concreting/ paving )
- Fencing/ retaining wall
- LED Downlights
- Aircon
- Blinds
-Landscaping
- Letter Box
- Tv Antenna

In the end, two pieces of treated timber (20mm thick) were bolted onto the joists and planed when there was too much sticking out. Passed inspection.

I would find out how deep your clay base is and depending on the depth install a cut off drain which is more than a normal agi drain. Where the neighbouring walls is…
