Anyone currently building with valeco homes?
Got a call from the sale rep and letter from their office saying they are assigning our build to another builder, have anyone received such call/email?

What stages are your build at? Do u think this will impact on the build progress and quality?
My house has just started painting, so not long until the end. I was assured that all things would stay the same- site supervisor, customer service rep etc. For me, I guess it shouldn’t change much. I would be more concerned if I was still very early in the build process.

We are still as the early stages. The build was only started less then 1 month ago.
Where are you building if you didn't mind me asking. And have u even heard of the new builder?

We are building in spring mountain. Where are you building?
I have never heard of the new builder. They seem to be a Queensland builder, but build less homes/year than valeco did, which I find strange.

Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk.

I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with…
