The stormwater easement usually has a square pit. If your storm water point of discharge is at the front of the block then the stormwater easement should be at the front.They can be in the same easement as well. I was actually just referring to 'your' photo there, as that pit in the photo looks like a sewer pit around here. It just seemed unusual to me that the stormwater point would be directly adjacent to a sewer pit, which gave me a bit of confusion for minute and why I asked. All good though.
