However there are many other factors that dictate, and they all play a part to the equation. Satisfying the controls is only a minor part to getting the build approved. Getting the design right to suit the land and your requirements while meeting all the controls is the art of custom designed home. There are pros and cons with both CDC and DA, and there is no right or wrong answer. Which method suits you best and achieve the most for you should be the question you need to ask.
