Originally they agreed to hold off installing the appliances until we find a tenant but they have changed their mind now saying they don’t do it anymore. So, how do we secure our property until a tenant is found? It’s a free standing house and in a new area, so lots of construction is going on around. I will take Landlord’s building insurance but that only covers stealing by tenants. Our real estate agent suggested Fog Alarm but that will cost $88 per week.
