Would you be able to reccomend a design from builders building in QLD?
We have views at the rear of our block and are looking for a home design/floor plan where we can have a rear balcony so that we can enjoy the views.
Our ideal floor plan would be where we can have the lounge and kitchen areas on the second storey and have a balcony at the very rear. The master and at least 2 bedrooms would have to be on the ground floor.
