They have they’ve got their own design requirements listed on their website. Re: Block Size 6Jun 19, 2019 1:08 pm You need to trawl through the sites of all the project home builders for your area, and find designs which are as close to square at the front as possible & which are 14m wide. For example a lot of designs don't build over the garage, or not much over the garage; you need a design that puts as much width on the top floor & the ground floor as possible, which will bring the whole thing as far forward as possible.
