2019 Interim Occupation Certificate with a Pool questions

Hi,

Can anyone shed more light on the NSW Interim Occupational certificate regulations at the moment.

We have a pool as part of our build and i am having to consider the order and costs of the following things.

1. Pool fencing
2. Concreting
3. Retaining walls, is this mandatory to be completed before IOC is issued?
4. Boundary fencing


I'd appreciate your thoughts and clarity/experience around this topic.

We are approaching PCI and 40 week contract ends in approx 7 weeks.

when's your PCI GLO what are you up to now?

Hi,

I haven't got that date yet but my 40 week contract build is due the first week in September.

I have my sheeting done and kitchen in, so it could happen in August.

It's different depending on what was approved in your development application.

Say in my one. None of those are required except pool fencing.

During interim, I can get concreting, retaining walls, boundary fencing sorted and implement landscape for full OC.

I would recommend concreting first if you have a choice, shortly followed or at the same time as retaining walls.
