We built with HGWA and received our keys December 2017.
Mostly the house is great with very few problems.
However, our biggest regret (easy with hindsight) is going with the supplied Della Vita floor tiles in charcoal grey. They are impossible to clean, repel water, show every mark. I have tried every cleaning product under the sun, have scrubbed on hands and knees, have used a stream cleaner, have used natural products such as vinegar and metho, all to no avail.
After much complaining, the builder did send out a professional tile cleaner and the tiles did look ok for about a week but have reverted to their usual horrible look. And after the professional clean there are numerous small holes in the grout throughout the house.
I am wanting to get an indication of whether this is an isolated case or whether this is a common issue with these tiles.
Would love to hear from anyone who has these tiles and whether they have any issues with them, if you have complained to HGWA and whether they did anything to rectify the problem, whether you have found any solution to getting a clean finish on these tiles??
`If it is a common issue maybe we can get some weight behind our complaints to HGWA and get a decent solution to the issue.
Thanks in advance.

You need to engage a very experienced building consultant to assess what is happening with your home and to do forensic on whether the builder has followed approved drawings.
