Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 19, 2019 8:36 am Hi everyone m, Just keen to hear from others re our timber frames. Ours went up 12 March which is over 2 months now. Brickwork is almost finished. I’ve been told it will be at least another 2 weeks for cladding, facia, gutter and roof to be installed..making it exposure of 3 months. Is this a normal time frame? We have a independent inspector who will review the frames before payment for brickwork is made...so they will pick up anything major...just wanted to know if this timeing is longer than average and if anyone has been in the same position?
