Eden Brae’s Sandringham38

I was wondering if anyone has built Eden Brae’s Sandringham38? There’s no display in Sydney so would love to know how your experience was.

I’ve chosen this design with the along Island facade and a bunch of modifications for our new home at Catherine Hill Bay

Ask them if they are or have built any that you can inspect. We are waiting to do this on another one do their homes that’s also not a display home.

Nice facade btw. Just be aware that all those finishes in the facade are not included in your facade pricing. The price is the structure only and everything else is added on. I got this shock a few weeks ago.
