Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Potential problem with damp in new house.... 2May 13, 2019 11:58 am brokenstick Hi, we have been in our new house for a couple of weeks and after some rain have noticed a potential issue. One small section of bricks next to the bottom of a downpipe doesn't dry with the rest of them and is still damp days after the rain. Thanks This is 8 hours after the rain, the rest of the bricks and soil around the house are dry Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ And the next day (bricks still feel damp) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Ok, looks to be same problem I had...
