Building A New House

I am considering the Henley Reserve Aegean as my first KDR. But before committing it would be great to get some advice on the following:
1. What's your experience with building with Henley?
2. If you went with one of the Henley Reserve Double Story home design what was the main reason(s) e.g. price, design, inclusions etc...

Do yourself a favour, drive around your area,speak to 3 resently completed Henley home owners in your area, this will be a seriously more accurate experience of what to expect.
