How has everyone found the Estate? Any soil/rock issues? Have site costs been extensive? What builders have you gone with? We're looking at Majestic Rise. Re: Plenty Valley Views -Doreen,Vic 95Jul 13, 2020 11:12 pm Hi, just about to start build...we purchased on Orchard Rd, so flater block...There doesn’t seem to be rock on that site, however I would think that Majestic Rise would have a big fall on the block, so you would be looking at some big $$$ for site costs.. I would check this out as a lot of The volume Builders do want to build if there is over 1.5m fall on the block...we are going with a builder who specialises in sloping blocks..due to start next week with Dean Homes..good luck Marz.. Now starting to realise it is quite hard to find a builder. Me and my partners first home so we are not wanting to blow our budget too much. A lot of builders knocked us back, we are speaking with simmonds this weekend.
