Review color selections for single storied home

Hello all:

I'm working with my builder (Simonds) on the color selections for a single storied home in Brentwood forest estate.
Here are some of the colors the girls have helped us choose.

I really need some feedback on the color combinations below and any suggestions are welcome.

External:
Roof: Colorbond Dune
Gutter: Jasper (C/B)
Fasica: Dune (C/B)
Garage door: Dune (C/B)
Downpipes: Paperbark (C/B)
External Paint on rendered walls: Paperbark (Colorbond)
Main Door paint: Paperbark (Colorbond)
Window and door frames: Surfmist
Feature Brick Pier on the proch: Breaking Dawn
Driveway: Salt & Pepper

Internal:
Wall paints: minimalist 1
Ceiling paints: white

Kitchen:
Cupboards: Milano walnut (Laminux)
Caesarstone: Buttermilk
Ceramic Tails: Sand (Living and family + Kitchen) https://www.nationaltiles.com.au/simpli ... tural-tile
Grout: mild grey (Is this good?)

Bathroom:
Cupboards: Ash woodline (Laminux)
Caesarstone: Linen
Ceramic Tails: mocha https://www.nationaltiles.com.au/simpli ... tural-tile
Grout color between tails: white (Is this good?)

How does the roof color (Colorbond - Dune) go with Paperback painted over the rendered wall combo? Also appriciate any pics shared of Dune roof with paint combinations that really look good.

The ceramic tails is selected is Simplicity sand natural (https://www.nationaltiles.com.au/simpli ... ural-tile/) has a the grout color mid-grey?? Having a white grout would cause this to look dirty sooner, so we've choosen Mid-grey for the grout color? Is this good?

Appreciate any suggestions.

Cheers.

Just curious why you are painting over render?

covenent design guideline
not happy about that at all.

Is it generally not required to paint over rendered wall, because rendered finish is generally cement?
The color is usually mixed into the render, so it doesn't need painting. They can do any color. Are you sure that is not what they mean? I think it is very unusual to render and then paint over it.

The only thing to bear in mind is that on our house the render color ended up darker than than the equivalent paint color (I think due to the render base being grey rather than white). So our dune render ended up darker then we were expecting and darker than the bits that were painted dune. Fortunately we actually liked it so didn't kick up too much fuss
