Yep, but from what I see from their project list, instead, the majority of their houses are put into the high prestige suburbs such as Tamarama or Lane Cove in NSW. So they are certainly promoting it as an upmarket product.
It’s a great looking product and from what I’ve researched they would crap all over your standard project built brick veneer for both quality and energy efficiency. But I do agree they’re way overpriced. We looked into them thinking as they are all prefabricated and basically rectangular boxes stacked on top/beside/end to end etc. that they’d be an economical way to build, but we got quoted around 1.2mil for a 3 bed 2 living upside down design with no garage. End of day our covenant stipulated no prefabricated homes allowed in our estate anyway, despite how up market they may appear.
