Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Sep 27, 2019 6:52 pm Hi All, Just a quick question for those who have purchased lot in Artherstone (Melton South). I bought a land which is due to be titled in the month of April next year and the stage is palara 32. I was wondering if theres any way I could know the soil condition? I haven't signed any builder as of now but thought of signing. Does anyone bought lot in palara or in Artherstone recently?
