Just received a call from our builder - the engineer has advised we need two expansion joints in the slab (due to size and shape).
They are trying to run as much as possible under/along walls but there will be some sections that are visible. And we are tiling the entire floor (we will be having hydronic heating/cooling so carpet and floating floors not suitable).
Does anyone have pictures of expansion joints with tiles? How do you finish it?
