Coral Homes Noosa 25 MKII

Hello All

I am looking to build our new first home in Spring mountain in Brisbane (Springfield Rise).
As this is our first one , we are really nervous about selecting the right builder. We have been looking at designs , talking to different builders etc. One of the design that we liked was of Coral homes , Noosa 25 MKII.
I was looking for some real recent feedback on Coral homes. Specially around their Quality of construction , Admin process, customer service , Value for money with regards to their inclusions etc.

Thanks. We haven't had only one small issue since we moved in and that has been a wiggly door handle, but other than that, it has been great. We will let them know on our 12 month checklist.
The man next door also built with Coral (Noosa 23) and it is beautiful.
We looked at the Noosa designs but because we are on a narrow block, bedroom 4 would have been staring at a garage wall. We then went to the Grange designs because the ensuite window looks at the garage wall instead. We also didn't mind having our bedroom at the front with the kids bedrooms at the back.
