Can everyone share about their recent experience with these builders, specially who have build with them in Central Coast NSW. Also I noticed they only have 6 years structural guarantee whereas some other builders are giving lifetime structural guarantee, would that make any difference. If I could start again I wouldn't have taken this path we knocked down in Feb 2021 after being pushed by them for the demo date for them to then take till April for the contract to get to us and then they did nothing till June were still not finished and we have found a number of issues kyet to be addressed also on to our second project manager and dont get me started on the unprofessional staff in the head office.
