Hi,

I am about to fianlise the builder and wondering whether to fix the site costs or go with allowance.
Any help is much appreciated.
Block is titling in May 2019.
Stage 304 Bridges estate.

Hi,

$18,000 in fixed site costs.Their base price is for an M class slab
