Our solicitor did not explain the developer guidelines at the time of purchase. So we didn’t know about a specific setback that developer requested to leave. Now we are having trouble in getting approval for our plans. the conduit would need to be undamaged regardless of what network is in play. The conduit needs to be able to have fibre run through it.
