Anyone building with Valeco homes in Springfield RISE? What are your experiences in terms of final build quality?
I am almost finalizing on signing a contract with them there offer is , I'd really like some appreciate some help on what are things to look at while going through there contract for a first time home buyer.

Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you. And have seen their sites unfinished for a long time.
