Anyway, I was worried about this before but managed to let it go pass me thinking it must be part of building. I had to pay an extra $9000 because my soil test was apparently classified as P. I went to see the land when they said they had done the soil test and the land was untouched. How exactly are soil test being done? When I asked for a report, they sent me a report with the proper dates. What are the chances that they pull a scam on this? If I asked my neighbours, surely if my piece of land is P, theirs would be P too, wouldnt it?
When ours were done, I think we had about...12? holes dug up and they were really noticeable. Even when the grass grew back over them you could still spot them easily enough. They can't really replace the dirt they dig out, so there are always signs it's done
