Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 15, 2019 4:43 pm Hi All, What would you recommend if there was a gap in between the window frame and the bricks. I know that an infill can be added to the top of the frame. Would that affect the insulation of the window frame if only an infill is added versus no gap at all? I've seen the same in almost all windows of the house Note: The house hasn't been handed over to me yet. But they have just finished a few and we have a few to go 2 4915 Its the flashing and is normal. Some builders cover them up others just leave them handing. You can cover it up with an aluminium bracket or ask the builder. 7 8399 The gap can be adjusted so it's tighter. You can definitely set up corner cabinets to have the same gap as standard doors. 2 8589 |
