We're just in the planning stages of building in an old style street in Newport (we bought the vacant land from peole who bowled a Cal Bung). We'd like to be consistent with the street character and think we'll build in the Scyon Linea Weatherboard product. Does anyone have reviews on this product, good, bad or otherwise? I've been building homes for about 12 years now, and for the last 4 years I've been using the Linea weatherboard. It is a good product, it paints up fantastically and it's not too difficult to install. It is a nice thick weatherboard that gives you a strong crisp shadowline. I quite often recommend this product instead of other claddings for its ease of use and for the look it can create. Hope that helps.
