Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 05, 2019 8:54 pm Hi All, Hoping someone can answer a question regarding the laundry fitout We have wall to wall cupboards with a broom closet then a double cupboard with sink and rye rest bench space with under bench water and dryer. We requested a double power point under the bench for the washer/dryer which is on our electrical plan but the electrical wires are hanging out under the sink near the plumbing. I am not sure how we get the electrical cords for under there to plug it in. Is this the norm? Also there is no provision in the cabinet for the drainage hose of the washer to connect to the plumbing. Should this have been provided by Timpelle? I have attached a photo. Sorry it’s not clear as taken through the glass door. This is the standard way to run everything. If the power point is behind the washing machine they often won't push back far enough and are left sticking out.
