I am looking at purchasing a property which has an existing single storey home which I plan on knocking down and rebuilding a new home. Land *480sqm with 12m frontage *Slight slope towards street (0.5m) *No manholes or easements, sewer pipe is 1.5m from the boundary (left side) New Home (2 Storey Build) *Approx Size: 9.05m x 19m with floor space of 280sqm *5 bedrooms with 3 Walk in Robes *3 Bathrooms (1 x Ensuite) *1.5 Garage Design Features *Ceiling Height 2.7m *Floor to Ceiling Tiles in all bathrooms Build and Interior Finish Quality: Medium My estimates are as follows: *Demolition: $20,000 *Site Costs: $15,000 *Home (Lock Up): $400,000 *Council Contribution Levy: $5,000 *Driveway: $20,000 *Fences: $15,000 *Landscaping: $10,000 Do you think my estimates are correct?
