We're building the Fairhaven Riverview 266 with Surfcoast facade, due to commence at the end of February. Fingers Crossed!
I'll update this post as we have progress. I'd love to hear from other people who've built the Riverview...particularly see pics, or find out anything we should look out for!

The Riverview and surf coast facade a lovely choices. I have nearly finished building the Clovelly 191 with the standard facade (wanted to upgrade to double glazed windows so saved the money on the facade).
I hope your build goes well. There are a few of us building with Fairhaven who have posted here viewtopic.php?f=31&t=91867 feel free to join us

Thanks CalicoCat! I'll check it out! The Clovelly is a nice floorplan, too. And double-glaze is an excellent addition. We're doing that as well.
Congratulations on your house being nearly ready - I just took a look at your pics, and it's looking lovely!

We've just signed off on everything, finally. We were a bit disappointed to hear it's still 3 weeks til they start to build...feels like we've been waiting forever.
Almost a year of land titling delays (Thanks, Armstrong Mt Duneed), then a Christmas closure for Fairhaven that meant despite the land titling in December, everything stopped til the end of January. Our 'Early/mid Feb' start date Fairhaven quoted us a few weeks ago is now up to early March.
Crossing everything that the rest of the build process is smoother. (And quicker!)
