The excitement of a new house was lost a while ago, but we're still grateful for what we have. It'll get there eventually. Re: New home build - Custom Design WA 203Jun 26, 2020 9:51 pm This week the plumbers come again take care of our plumbing problems. They managed to damage the bath, and couldn't fix our drainage issues. Eventually we fixed the vanity plumbing ourselves - turns out there was an airlock between the sink and the trap, so we had to add an air valve. Can't believe actual plumbers couldn't figure it out. Our replastered wall was painted - and subsequently damaged by the painter who tried to skim the join between the old and new. He made a mess of it, broke the wall light while he was there, and made a mess of our stairs. Danmar are staying accountable, but their trades are just terrible.
