The majority of large WA houses are suspended concrete reinforced slabs, the cost of the stairs is bugger all ie. >2m3 concrete, .2t steel, a days labour, pumps included in the slab. Designer,Engineer (Civil,Const & Envir),Builder,Concrete & Masonry Contract.Struct Repairs ideal house depends on the site and location as much as internal floor plan....what is the distance from the house to all four boundaries, where is north, describe your… 3 15573 6 56022 So still no slab and apparently the concreter cancelled.
