I've been in contact with wisdom homes and they have so far been helpful in answering my question but thought I would also post here. I'm curious about is if volume builders allow owners to complete tasks on a new build themselves whether it be during the building process or after handover. I'm referring to such things as interior painting, flooring and possibly exterior painting, generally jobs where you don't need a qualified person. I've been through several large renos and am quite comfortable in completing certain jobs better than some work I've seen from tradies I've hired over the years.
