Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 16, 2019 9:03 pm Hi, we are building for the first time. The builder wants to charge us $4000 for brick infills above windows, even though we want to render. Is this normal? Could we just render over blue board / polystyrene and not have the expense of the brick infills? I thought the brick infills would only be required for aesthetic purposes if we were not going to render...any help would be appreciated.
