But most integrated dishwashers need a 600mm wide recess so you will have a 20mm gap each side, might be able to get away with it going fully integrated as you can have the panel made 640mm wide which will just be visible when opened. There is no big difference apart from 4-6 screws holding the integrated version to the rest of the cabinet but integrated/semi integrated will look a lot nicer. They are more costly as you need to get custom made kickers and cabinets to match rest of the kitchen. However, changing these integrated dishwashers is no more difficult than freestanding.
