Re: Our House 25May 29, 2009 5:16 pm Hi all, As the house has achieved the lock up phase of the project which from a site start of the 3rd March 09 is just under three months I would be curious to know the length of time which it took for other people to get to that stage as well as how long the remaining two stages (Fixing, Completion) took to complete. Any information would be appreciated Regards, NoviceBuilder NoviceBuilders House - http://novicebuildershouse.blogspot.com/ Building a modified Stanthorpe 33 in Taylors Hill Vic Re: Our House 26Jun 04, 2009 9:03 pm Just a quick update on the house that the plasterers are still working on the house. They have been sealing the joins in the plasterboard and also all of the cornices have been fixed. I spoke with our building supervisor today and the plasterers should be there till the middle of next week and then the fixing stage wll start. Our kitchen cabinetry should be starting to be installed by the end of next week. After speaking with our building supervisor on Friday we found out that the plasterer had finished and the kitchen went in last Friday. We went through the house today and found that not only the kitchen had been installed but also the laundry cabinetry, bathroom and ensuite cabinetry was also installed. Updated pics are on the blog. I would love to get feedback on the cabinetry colours we are very happy with it. I would also like to get some idea as to how long it will take to finish the house. We are currently in the fixing stage which our building supervisor told me should be completed by this Friday. After that the painter, the tiler, then the fitoff (electrician, plumber) we are having timber floors and carpet is that done at the same time of the tiler. I would like to get some idea from those who have already gone through this how long the rest of this will take. Look forward to the feedback NoviceBuilder NoviceBuilders House - http://novicebuildershouse.blogspot.com/ Building a modified Stanthorpe 33 in Taylors Hill Vic of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 14622 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 37 14040 |
