hoping other PD clients could help me i am recomended by a close friend to this site who said it was very helpful i am building a Cremorne 41 with the lot. i am due for handover in 2 weeks and i have to move at of my home in 4 weeks (due to early settlement) there is alot of defects outstanding for example big gaps down sides of windows very poor painting and so on. my list is getting pretty long the question i have is cause i need to settle quickly what grounds do i have to make sure that all my items get fix. i can not see them fixing everything within a couple of weeks. but i have to settle. will PD be happy to fix all the things after i have settle looking forward to your help thanking you in advance very concern client Re: PD handover help needed 2Sep 12, 2008 10:50 pm hey piehigh09, we're no where new handover yet...but I hope someone who is near that stage will be able to help you...
however, from reading other posts on here, it would seem to be wise not to settle and hand over until everything is fixed in your home and that your 100% happy with your home...not sure how long you can hold out though.... hopefully PD get it done in 2 weeks otherwise, some other guys can offer u some advice i'm sure Re: PD handover help needed 3Sep 12, 2008 10:56 pm Hi piehigh09, we are building Cremorne too but are no where near handover so I can't help sorry!
There are a few blogs (the links are on my blog) B&P, M&M, Andy have all had handover and are in their Cremorne's. T&L had their PCI yesterday (or were going to) so maybe it might help if you emailed them via their blogs. Enjoy your house!!!! p.s What do you mean by "the lot"? If you have to move in before everything is fixed I would have an independent report written up and a letter of agreement stating a what is to be dine and a time to have it all done by. I am still waiting on 2 things to be done at my place and I moved in last December!! Re: PD handover help needed 5Sep 12, 2008 11:41 pm thanks for help,
