I recently had a handover done from Hall and Hart. They have only leveled my site around the edge of my house and left all other area unleveled.
Is this the same for other Hall and Hart customers?

Pretty standard across the industry. It’s pathetic really. Owner end up footing the bill for further escavation just to meet code.
