Hi guys.
Just a quickie to see if anyone is building at Pavilion, Casey fields?
Stages 1&2 titled a few weeks ago and our build with Beachwood constructions in stage 1 is currently out for council approval.

We are! but we bought in Stage 5 which will be titled in April 2019. How much was your site costs and was your BAL rating removed? Hey Easty, can't recall what the cost was (fixed though) but our block required piers (class P slab). Very straight forward site works with no rock, from scrape to forme work in a week and a half. The estate is definitely a BAL, ours I believe was a 12.5 which wasn't all that expensive. Hop this helps. Also as a side note, settlement was early! You should only be BAL if you are around the outsides usually; we're BAL as we back on to a paddock but once Pavilion is finished we won't be.
