Weep holes on the bricks under the window missing

Hello Guys, I have a question about weeping holes on a near completion house.

I noticed in the pre-handover inspection that there is no weeping hole on the bricks under all the windows and doors.
But I could them on all the neighbour who builds with the same builder as us.

Just wondering if this is something I should worry about and push our builder to fix before handover?
