Thanks for advice If you have a steel frame home it will be hard to mount TVs on the wall, not impossible but difficult. They are just wooden pieces that are drilled to the frame so you can mount whatever on to those instead. They are just wooden pieces that are drilled to the frame so you can mount whatever on to those instead. I'll have a chat with my SS. I heard you can just get the steel equivalent of the special screws from Bunnings. We have steel frame and they just put timber wherever required for their work. We have insulated the whole house. For us we heard timber has noise and paid extra for steel frames. It's true that steel frame makes noise as I live in one now but it's not as bad as you think. More of a steel frame is pre-fabricated off site than timber so the carpenters don't have to assemble as much. Our SS also added timber noggins at no cost so we could hang heavy things on the wall later. Also did you opt for Ducted aircon with Coral or you installed it from outside SS means Site Supervisor. Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption.
