Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 19, 2018 9:42 pm Hi there, Any idea how much on an average the construction price for houses increase every year? The builders try to talk us into locking the deal for 12 months but what if the land title is delayed and we end up paying more? Is it worth to sign a contract and pay for every month of delay? Does that come out cheaper than the cost revisions every year? Appreciate your views.
