Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 13, 2018 5:14 pm So I'm planning on doing a knock down rebuild at some stage, and I'm currently at the stage where I'm thinking of builders (I'm in Metro adelaide). My plans are to do a custom floorplan and try and get comparisons. So far my shortlist is: Bradford, the new more reasonably priced version of Scott Salisbury (Sa premium builder), since apparently they use the same contractors. Format homes, seemed reasonable. The in laws are building with them but the plan is currently stuck because they keep making changes. Dechellis, seems to have variable reviews online but we like their designs most of all (although we'll probably be modifying them heavily). Their inclusions are pretty ordinary, but that shouldn't matter as long as I factor any upgrades into the price. Anyone have any opinions or any experiences of these builders?
