Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 02, 2018 1:34 pm Hall and Hart Being a new builder on the block we have created a partnership together as a Client and as our builder to construct our KNR 100% custom design on a narrow block in Parramatta with poor access. Their managing process from post construction to fix out stage has been managed hassle free with a high level of professionalism, the entire team at Hall and Hart have been helpful, responsive and approachable throughout the entire process. They replied to all emails and requests in an open and transparent manner. Their inclusions they offered in their packages were the finishes we were looking. Not many upgrades required once we selected their $30k inclusions. Our site manager was always proactive by returning all our calls. He repaired and attended all issues that we addressed at every stage. He was very particular to every detail and always tried his best to meet our needs. The construction manager arranged staged multiple walk throughs and provided weekly update email reports advising of next trade attendance. Was onsite on a daily basis as his truck was parked there of a morning when trades were onsite. This kept me at ease knowing he was onsite managing his trades. Will keep you posted with bathroom finishes.
