Building with Wisdom Homes

Hoping to get some advice on our fixed kitchen windows. The exterior of our home is almost complete however we have noticed a significant gap between the top of the frame of our fixed windows in our kitchen and butlers and the brickwork. We have looked at other homes being built in our area and their brickwork meets up with the window frames. Has anybody else had this problem?
