Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 24, 2018 10:45 am Hi, Anyone else out there in a similar position. We were 85-90% complete on a custom build with GR Homes / Edgeworth Constructions and have recently been advised they are in liquidation with SV partners appointed as liquidator. Just wanted to touch base and see if anyone has any advice or connect with anyone in the same position with GR / EC ? So far we have : 1. Secured the site 2. Completed a claim for and contacted insurer 3. Appointed a independent building inspector 4. Tryinging not to lose our minds !!!!! Any help appreciated Amie Re: GR Homes / Edgeworth Constructions into liquidation 2Oct 25, 2018 2:45 pm Hi Amie, We are in exactly the same boat with GR Homes/edgeworth constructions. We are totally lost! Please somebody help!!!
