We are looking to knockdown and build with ACH .
Trying to do a project plan - 10,000 foot view - so I know when to move out to rent.
How do I know when to book the demo / and when to start renting ?
My sense of (VERY HIGH LEVEL) timings from reading lots is :
Month 1 : ACH Tender process
Month 2 & 3 : ACH detailed Plans produced / iterated
Month 3 & 4: Plans finalised and submission to council / Arrange Demo
Month 5 - 15 : Build
Is that about right ?
I dont care if its longer or shorter - I just dont want to start renting too early or do a demo too early.
Constructive thoughts appreciated.
