The builder had a soil test done which had underlying S classification but due to existing dwelling which has not been demolished yet it is classified as P. They recommended a retest after demolition. Our builder wants to fix price site costs prior to demolition. The land is flat, drainage good, no large trees etc and soil is S classification.
