Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Thrive homes 2Sep 28, 2018 10:08 pm Hi Trebla, Some good friends of ours built a single story home with Thrive. The build went up quickly and they are happy with the home overall, however they did encounter a few issues when trying to do some internal selections. From what I remember ,Thrive aren't as flexible as other builders, though this is to reduce costs (which they do fantastically). We have visited a few times and the house is very nice. There were a few defects at the end, but this was to be expected. I'm not sure how they're going getting them fixed but can ask if interested. Re: Thrive homes 3Sep 29, 2018 10:46 am Thanks circaten! I am about to sign the tender for helix 24 house from thrive homes. Total cost is 277k. I have been looking around at coral homes, eden brae, mojo homes. Was wondering if most houses 4 br 2 toilets 2 garage space. Wondering if anyone has any experiences with these builders and if they would offer anything different and could offer anything better. Thanks Re: Thrive homes 4Sep 30, 2018 11:16 am trebla Thanks circaten! I am about to sign the tender for helix 24 house from thrive homes. Total cost is 277k. Interesting, that is quite cheap comparing to what I have seen but I’m guessing you saved a lot by doing all of that other stuff by yourself. I have seen perry homes but have not made any specific enquiries. What home design did you choose? Re: Thrive homes 6Oct 04, 2018 6:48 am trebla nicolawhitelaw trebla Thanks circaten! We did have a good promotion at the time that gave us the stone benches, upgrades taps/shower heads. And from memory downlights are standard not battens Re: Thrive homes 7Oct 06, 2018 12:48 am Thanks for your replies nicola! Appreciate your help. Are you from the cliffleigh or gillieston heights area? I was wondering about the two areas and the differences. I am looking into building in the Wallis Creek Estate or Cliffleigh meadows. Would you be able to provide an insight in both areas if possible? Cliffleigh meadows seems to be cheaper to buy at the moment. I think gillo is too big compared to the meadows - its going to be around 8 stages only. There’s a couple of parks in here too and supposed to be a child care center to come Ask for references and speak to them.
