Hi All,
I am new to this useful site and to the idea of house building. I signed up for H&L package-PPOR -with a Volume builder and wonder what steps I should take during the process?
How important to hire a private building inspector? I agreed to go with the builder recommended surveyor but have it signed the contract yet.
