Buffer/allowance in building cost

Hello,

This is my first post. Our land is slopey so we are going to spend more on retaining walls and soil removals and footings. How much allowance should i alot on top our contract price? We are also currently thorned between Simonds Homes and Fairmont Homes! Please help 🙏🏻

Retaining Wall - what is the length, height and type (timber, concrete, blocks) ?
You would also spend more on cut/fill, drop edge beam DEB, additional brickwork due to DEB, steeper driveway, higher ceilings
Is any of above included in builders quote? If not expect between 40-50k
